Men's Ministry
1 Corinthians 16:13, “Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men (courageous) be strong.”
The Men’s Ministry provides a safe and intentional space where men sharpen each other through spiritual and relational connection. It seeks to equip men to grow in courage, integrity, and faithfulness, helping them overcome life’s challenges. Members minister to one another through Bible studies, mentoring, retreats, and special events, fostering spiritual maturity and leadership in both church and community. By serving alongside one another, men are encouraged to embody Christlike strength in all areas of life.
Women's Ministry
Proverbs 31:25, “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.”
The Women’s Ministry welcomes women of all ages and seasons of life, offering nurturing, encouragement, and opportunities for spiritual growth. Through Bible studies, prayer groups, mentoring, retreats, and fellowship, women build authentic relationships while being grounded in God’s Word. This ministry empowers women to serve in church and community, cultivate their gifts, and grow in grace and Christ-likeness. It also encourages inter-generational connections, ensuring women learn from and support each other.
Teens Ministry – “Rooted” (Ages 12–17)
Psalm 119:9, “How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word.”
The “Rooted” Ministry is designed to help teens build a firm foundation in Christ during critical formative years. Through Bible studies, mentorship, fellowship, and interactive activities, teens learn to apply God’s Word in school, family, and social life. This ministry fosters authentic friendships, spiritual growth, and personal integrity, helping them navigate life’s challenges with faith and wisdom. Teens are encouraged to serve their peers, family, and community while growing in leadership and character. By being “Rooted” in Scripture and community, they develop habits and values that will guide them into adulthood.
Young Adults Ministry “Youth” (Ages 18–25)
1 Timothy 4:12, “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”
The Youth Ministry equips young people to develop Christ-centered friendships, strengthen their faith, and positively impact their communities. In a world filled with competing voices, youth are anchored in God’s Word through Bible studies, mentorship, and practical life applications. Activities, discipleship programs, and community engagement opportunities help them grow in character, leadership, and mission awareness. The ministry seeks to cultivate a generation that lives out the gospel boldly and responsibly.
Young Professionals Ministry (Ages 26–35)
Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
“Faith Fusion” provides a vibrant community for young professionals navigating career, relationships, and personal growth while seeking to integrate faith into everyday life. This ministry fosters spiritual development, relational connection, and practical life application, offering a safe space to explore challenges such as anxiety, finances, purpose, and relationships through the lens of Scripture. Members are equipped to make Christ-centered decisions, grow in character and integrity, and actively live out the church’s mission of building lives, making disciples, and impacting communities. By connecting faith with daily living, Faith Fusion empowers young professionals to serve others, lead with wisdom, and contribute meaningfully to both the church and society.
Children's Ministry
Matthew 19:14, “Jesus said, let the little children come to me.”
The Children’s Ministry provides a safe and engaging environment for children to learn about Jesus and experience His love. Led by trained volunteers, children participate in age-appropriate Bible lessons, worship, and activities that reinforce spiritual growth. Children are also encouraged to experience family worship, promoting spiritual formation alongside parents. The goal is to make the Word of God understandable, relevant, and transformative for every child.
Couples Ministry – “Two Become One”
Genesis 2:24, “That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.”
Ecclesiastes 4:12, “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”
The Couples Ministry at PEFA Runda exists to strengthen marriages and committed relationships by grounding couples in biblical truth, mutual love, and shared purpose. In alignment with the church’s vision and mission, this ministry seeks to nurture healthy, Christ-centered relationships that reflect God’s design for unity, faithfulness, and growth.
Through Scripture-based teaching, prayer, mentorship, and practical conversations, couples are equipped to navigate communication, conflict, parenting, finances, intimacy, and spiritual leadership in the home. The ministry also creates a safe and supportive community where couples can grow together, support one another, and model godly relationships that impact their families, the church, and the wider community.
Singles Ministry (35+) – “Whole and Called”
Isaiah 54:5, “For your Maker is your husband—the Lord Almighty is His name.”
1 Corinthians 7:32–35, “…an unmarried man is concerned about the Lord’s affairs—how he can please the Lord.”
The Singles Ministry (35+) at PEFA Runda exists to affirm, support, and equip adults above the age of 35 who are unmarried, separated, divorced, or widowed to live whole, purposeful, and Christ-centered lives. In alignment with our vision to build lives and our mission to intentionally make disciples, this ministry provides a nurturing community where individuals are spiritually strengthened, emotionally supported, and relationally encouraged. Through biblical teaching, fellowship, mentorship, prayer, and practical life discussions, members are empowered to embrace their identity in Christ, discover their gifts, and actively serve within the church and the wider community. The ministry fosters healing where needed, cultivates meaningful relationships, and encourages members to live missionally—reflecting Christ in their families, workplaces, and spheres of influence—while honoring the unique season of life they are in.
Prayer Ministry
Acts 1:14, “They all joined together constantly in prayer…”
Acts 4:24, “…, they raised their voices together in prayer to God…”
Prayer is central to the life of PEFA Runda. The Prayer Ministry provides opportunities for both corporate and individual prayer, fostering intimacy with God and intercession for the community. Members serve in prayer teams during scheduled sessions and main services, ministering through thanksgiving, petition, and spiritual support. This ministry equips believers to be spiritually attentive, discerning, and engaged in the work of God through prayer.
Music Ministry
2 Chronicles 29:28, “The whole assembly bowed in worship, while the musicians played and the trumpets sounded…”
Colossians 3:16, “Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts”
The Music Ministry leads the congregation in worship and encourages believers through song, helping them connect with God and grow spiritually. It provides opportunities for members to share their musical gifts in services, special events, and outreach. Through worship, teaching, and mentoring, this ministry supports spiritual formation while glorifying God. Music is both a vehicle for discipleship and a means of sharing the gospel.
Ushering and Hospitality
Mark 10:45, “For even the Son of man did not come to be served, but to serve…”
The Ushers and Hospitality Ministry ensures that every guest, visitor, and member experiences a welcoming and orderly environment. By serving with humility and attentiveness, they enable worshippers to encounter God without distraction. This ministry models Christlike service, caring for people’s needs, and supporting smooth operations of services and events.
Media Ministry
Matthew 28:16, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…”
The Media Ministry uses technology and digital platforms to share the gospel and support church ministries. It provides technical support for worship services, records sermons and events, and equips other ministries to utilize media effectively. By creatively leveraging media, this ministry helps the church reach the broader community and engage people with the message of Jesus Christ.
Missions & Outreach Ministry
Matthew 28:19, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost”
The Missions & Outreach Ministry at PEFA Runda exists to mobilize the church to fulfill the Great Commission both locally and globally. This ministry coordinates evangelism projects, outreach initiatives, and partnership programs that extend the love and message of Jesus to communities near and far. In collaboration with other ministry heads, it facilitates logistics, mobilizes resources, and occasionally supports funding for missions and outreach efforts. It serves as the main point of contact for partnering organizations, missionaries, and mission fields, ensuring alignment with the church’s vision to be a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled, multicultural family empowering disciples to impact communities.
Discipleship & Mentorship Ministry
2 Timothy 2:2, “And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.”
The Discipleship & Mentorship Ministry exists to equip believers for spiritual maturity, personal growth, and Kingdom impact through intentional relationships and structured learning. This ministry oversees small-term targeted groups, Care and Connect, Community (3Cs) groups, and one-on-one mentorship relationships, ensuring that every member is intentionally guided in their journey toward Christ-likeness.
Counseling & Care Ministry
Galatians 6:2, “Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.”
The Counseling & Care Ministry provides a safe, compassionate, and biblically informed space for members to receive spiritual, emotional, and relational support. Recognizing that life’s challenges can affect every believer, this ministry walks alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate trials, transitions, and personal growth opportunities.
