No one grows toward spiritual maturity in isolation. Transformation happens alongside others, shoulder to shoulder, in an authentic community. At PEFA Runda, our Care and Connect Community Groups (3Cs) are the primary avenue for discipleship, care, and service. They are designed to reflect our vision of being a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled, multicultural family while advancing our mission of building lives, making disciples, and impacting communities. Through 3Cs, members are empowered to grow in Christ, care for one another, and serve the wider community as part of a holistic discipleship journey.

Grow

The 3Cs provide a nurturing environment for individuals and families to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ. Members study Scripture together, engage in intentional prayer, and encourage one another to live out the Word daily. Groups provide accountability, mentorship, and discipleship opportunities, ensuring that spiritual growth is not just theoretical but lived out in practical, Christ-centered ways.

These groups serve as primary vehicles for member care. Within 3Cs, members are encouraged to be authentic, transparent, and vulnerable, creating a safe space for emotional, spiritual, and practical support. Accountability and acceptance are central, allowing members to encourage one another through life’s challenges and celebrate victories together. By fostering care, the church becomes a family where no one journeys alone.

Serve

Service is a defining mark of Christian faith. 3Cs groups actively engage in Kingdom-focused service, both within the church and in the wider community. Members identify needs, stir up each other’s God-given gifts, and participate in ministry opportunities, from practical support to evangelistic outreach. In serving together, groups embody Christ’s love, advance the mission of the church, and develop a culture of hands-on discipleship, preparing members to live out the gospel daily in every way.
