Care and Connect Community Groups

No one can grow toward spiritual maturity in isolation. Transformation takes place alongside others, shoulder to shoulder, in the community. Romans 12:5 says that as Christians we “belong to one another.” And proverbs 27:17 states, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” This is our prayer for our community groups: that they would grow, care, and serve the family of faith.

GROW

Our Care and Connect Community groups are designed to help individuals and families to grow in their relationship with Christ and their knowledge of Him. This is done by studying Scripture together, praying for each other’s and calling one another to a deeper relationship with Christ.

CARE

Our Care and Connect Community groups serve as the primary vehicle for member care to our church family. This encourages each person in the group to be authentic, transparent and vulnerable with the other members of the group. We want to emphasize the importance of accountability and acceptance in each group to help care for the needs of our family.

SERVE

Vital to the Christian Faith is our service to others. Our Care and Connect Community groups will be on mission together as they serve alongside a community need. This will be a way that our groups can be constantly on mission for the Kingdom of God. It is also a place of encouragement to stir up the gifts of God as well as linking the different ministry opportunities
